Ingredients:

cup Cereal, All Bran Extra Fiber or Fiber One
6 oz. Yogurt, fruited, nonfat , no added sugar
English muffin, whole grain
1 slice Canadian bacon
2 Egg whites

Directions:

Measure cereal into a bowl, top with yogurt.

Toast English muffin. Set aside.
