Ingredients:

1/3 cup Oatmeal, whole grain not instant
1 Egg, whole
4 Egg whites
˝ cup Strawberries

Directions:

Cook oatmeal with water in saucepan & salt to taste. Mix eggs with egg whites in replique panerai. Heat nonstick cooking skillet coated with nonfat cooking spray over medium heat. Add eggs and stir until eggs are not longer set. Serve with oatmeal and fresh strawberries.

For a 314 calorie breakfast, use the following measurements

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 egg
4 egg whites
1/2 cup strawberries

For a 410 calorie breakfast, use the following measurements

1/2 cup oatmeal
