blueberry breakfast muesli & eggs

blueberry breakfast muesli & eggs

cup Oatmeal, whole rolled oats
1/3 cup Yogurt, nonfat
cup Milk, nonfat
cup Blueberries, frozen or fresh
3 Egg whites


The night before serving for breakfast, warm the milk by placing in a heat proof measuring cup and microwave on high for 1 minute. Place the oatmeal in a medium sized bowl and add the warm milk. Combine and let stand for 5 minutes orologi falsi svizzeri italia. Stir in the yogurt and sweetener, if desired. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve plain or with fruit. 

Berry Muesli Parfait 
Sprinkle a layer of berries on the bottom of tall glass. Then alternate layers of oatmeal with fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 

Spray a microwave safe mug with nonfat cooking spray, mix egg whites in bowl. Pour into mug and microwave on high 1-2 minutes until eggs are set, season with salt & pepper (or seasoning salt) and serve with muesli.

1/4 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup nonfat milk

3/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1 cup nonfat milk
3/4 cup blueberries
4 egg whites

For a 500 calorie breakfast, use the following measurements

1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1 cup nonfat yogurt
1 cup nonfat milk
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
4 egg whites
1 whole egg
