Ingredients:

cup Eggbeaters or egg whites
2 slices Bacon
cup Salsa
cup Orange Slices

Directions:

Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour Eggbeaters or egg whites into pan and turn on medium heat. Cook until desired consistency. Microwave or fry bacon in a pan. Pat with paper towels to remove excess grease. Arrange on plate with salsa and orange slices
